Tulsa, OK [May 16, 2024] – Osage Nation’s Skyway36 Droneport and Technology Innovation Center proudly announces the commencement of construction of WindShape’s cutting-edge unmanned aerospace (UAS) testing facility. Spanning an impressive 19,000 square feet, this facility marks a significant milestone in WindShape's commitment to revolutionizing emerging aerospace technology through advanced research, development, testing, inspection, certification and validation processes.

Upon completion, WindShape will become an important part of the Skyway36 Droneport and Technology Innovation Center. Skyway36 is a unique UAS testing center, strategically situated within Osage Nation, less than 5 miles from downtown Tulsa and 10 miles from Tulsa International Airport. It is the primary access point to Skyway Range, the Beyond-Visual-Line-of-Sight UAS flight test range of 1,200 square miles built in partnership with Osage LLC, Oklahoma State University and Tulsa Innovation Labs.
